A typical Algarve house, very welcoming and with a garden and swimming pool that will certainly provide a pleasant and relaxed holiday.



Located 3.5km from Praia dos Pescadores, this villa consists of 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a double bed and the other with two single beds, living and dining room, kitchen, three bathrooms, one with a shower cabin, another with a bathtub and one for service. It also has a versatile room that can be a living area and office or can be converted into a bedroom for two people on a sofa bed.

Outside you will find several seating areas, a garden and a private pool.



The bedrooms, one suite with a double bed and private bathroom with shower and access to the terrace, the other with two single beds and a window, both with air conditioning.



The living room has two areas, the living room and the dining area, the dining area has a 6-seater table supported by the kitchen which is equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and capsule coffee machine.



The living area has two sofas, two armchairs, windows with access to the outside and is equipped with a TV and air conditioning.

The capacity of this house is 6 people. For babies, we have a travel bed and high chair available upon request. Please note that the travel cot does not include sheets.



The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.



Reservations made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.



We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years old. Bookings for people between the ages of 18 and 25 will be asked for a deposit of €500, which will be returned after checking that the apartment is in good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
