Villa Linda is a beautiful and luxurious home, located in a quiet area of Guia, with a spacious garden, outdoor pool, and sea view. The nearest beaches are Salgados Beach and Galé Beach, and the historic center of Albufeira is just 6 km away.



The villa is very spacious and has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large air-conditioned living room with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for families or groups.



Outdoor Area

Guests can enjoy a private pool, spacious garden, barbecue area, outdoor dining table, sun loungers, pool table, and table tennis, perfect for relaxing family or friends' vacations.



Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including pots, pans, and essential utensils.

We do not provide cooking condiments, cleaning products, or personal hygiene items.



Pool Heating

Pool heating is available at an additional cost of 300 per week.



Additional Rules and Important Information



Security Deposit

Deposit of $100 per person at check-in.

Payment can be made in cash or card and will be refunded by bank transfer up to 14 days after check-out, if no damages exist.

In case of damages, the amount will be calculated and the difference refunded.



Check-in Check-out

Check-in: from 4 PM

Check-out: until 10 AM



Early check-in or late check-out may be possible subject to availability and will only be confirmed 2 to 3 days before arrival.



Extra Guests

It is possible to add guests upon prior request. Includes extra bed, bedding, and towels.

Cost: 150 per person week.



Pets

We are Pet Friendly. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing an animal.

An extra cleaning fee of $50 applies.



Towels Bedding

Bath towels are provided according to the villa's maximum capacity. Extra towels or sheets can be requested. Personal hygiene products are not provided.



Airport Transfer

We can provide airport transfer, upon prior request.
