The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and built around a central cooking island, offering an oven, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A separate shower and WC is also available on this level. The living area provides direct access to the patio, while additional access to the terrace and swimming pool is available from within the property.

    The sleeping accommodation is distributed across 4 well-furnished bedrooms, each offering a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. 2 of the bedrooms are each fitted with a private shower and WC, along with individual air conditioning and forced-air heating. A third bedroom features a full bathroom with both a bath and shower, as well as a WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, and benefits from direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool area.
