Villa Sea Palace is an elegant holiday home, designed to provide comfort, privacy and moments of pure relaxation in Albufeira, being an excellent choice for families or groups of friends.



The living and dining room presents a welcoming and well-distributed environment, ideal for moments of conviviality throughout the day, with harmonious connection to the remaining areas of the house and to the outdoor areas.



The dwelling has several comfortable bedrooms, mostly with double beds, and there is also a bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms are en suite with shower, offering privacy and comfort to all guests, and are complemented by an additional bathroom.



The kitchen is fully equipped, functional and practical, facilitating meal preparation during your stay.



On the outside, Villa Sea Palace invites you to enjoy the Algarve climate, with a heated private pool (additional cost) and a pleasant terrace, ideal for moments of rest, leisure and outdoor meals in good company.



Villa Sea Palace is located in Albufeira, close to beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and various leisure options, offering the perfect balance between tranquillity and proximity to the best that the region has to offer.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €180 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival. There are some restrictions for group bookings.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 12 guests.

From the 13th to the 14th guest, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
