Refurbished luxury ground floor corner apartment facing south! Cable, WiFi & Airco

Luxury, recently refurbished 4 + 2 person ground floor corner apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms facing south. With air conditioners!

The apartment was refurbished in January 2018, much renovated, refurbished and much more so you can be sure that you will find a beautiful apartment for an unforgettable holiday. All walls and ceilings repainted, much of the furniture renewed, kitchen interior renewed and supplemented with a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, grill plate and orange press, new bedding and towels, new TV, washing machine and lighting, air conditioners mounted in the living room and both bedrooms, new garden furniture and much more to mention ...

We are very happy with the result! According to the service manager on site it has even become one of the nicest apartments on the resort so we couldn't get a better compliment.

The luxury apartment is located in a quieter part, in the middle of the resort, so all facilities are within reach without being in the middle of the crowds. It is a ground floor, corner apartment of a block consisting of 6 apartments (3 ground floor, 3 1st floor) which is shielded by the surrounding garden and private is therefore also ideal if you have children. This part of Clube Albufeira is higher than the rest so that you have a nice view from the back garden. The back garden is perfectly oriented to the south so you really have the sun all day long! Even a bit of sea view in the distance.

You enter the apartment in a spacious hall where you have access to all rooms. Starting with the 2nd bedroom which has 2 single beds (90x195cm), fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. There is also a separate bathroom with a large sink, bath and toilet next door. In the hallway there is also cupboard space containing the setup with a washing machine and dryer. Then you come to the kitchen which is fully equipped; dishwasher, fridge, dryer, hob, coffee maker, microwave etc. The kitchen is half open, so that you look into the living room. At the rear of the apartment you will then find the master bedroom with double bed (180x200cm), fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, TV, sliding doors to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom with large sink, bath and toilet. In addition, the living room (at the end of the hall / corridor) with dining table for 6 people, comfortable seating area with sofa bed (mattress 140 cm), fireplace, TV, air conditioning and of course sliding doors to the south facing terrace is located. Outside you will find a luxurious garden set consisting of a table, chairs and sun beds to enjoy the sun and views.

The Clube Albufeira resort is a beautifully spacious resort with low-rise apartments and spacious, well-kept, green communal gardens with all the facilities you could wish for. In total 4 beautiful swimming pools spread over the resort, nice restaurants / bars, mini golf, small supermarket for fresh sandwiches and the newspaper, playground for children, playing field with basketball, football and / or volleyball net. From the resort it is a 2 km walk to the center of Albufeira and the beach. If you think that walking too far, there are also regular buses from the resort to Albufeira and the public transport bus stops every half an hour at the entrance of the resort. Or a taxi can be ordered at the reception. If you go a little further than that 2 km to the nearest popular beach of Albufeira, there are several beautiful small beaches within 10 km between the rocks where it is wonderful to spend a day and can often be enjoyed with a sunset in one of the many beaches restaurants. In other words, there is something for everyone at the resort and in the surrounding area!

Below some more comments in response to questions from previous guests who have booked our apartment;
- There is a separate barbecue on the terrace. Pay attention when using with fire and smoke to neighbors.
- regular check-in and check-out times are 10:00 and 15:00 but if possible with other guests and the cleaning is sooner or later no problem.
- do not drink water from the tap, but purchase bottled water in the supermarkets.
- do not leave a key inside the door, if you are locked outside it must be broken open.
- public transportation stops at the resort entrance.
- Portugal uses 'normal' European sockets.
- the emergency number in emergencies is european 112

We may also have a 1 bedroom apartment on a complex near the old center for rent but we are not currently getting it online. This apartment also has a south-facing location and full sea view with both the beach and the center approximately 700 m away. For more info please send a message.
