Affording a privileged location 6 km west of Albufeira, in an exclusive and very peaceful housing estate. Due to its elevated location, it offers total privacy and enjoys beautiful views across the Salgados golf course and the sand dunes to the sea. A truly special property for a special holiday!

Completely fenced property with beautiful pool area, enclosed by terraces with outside shower and an immaculate garden with lawn, shrubs, hedges and trees. A brick barbecue is located at the rear of the property, next to the kitchen.

Games room with pool, table tennis and table football and mini-tablefoot.

Ground Floor
Large entrance hall. Spacious open plan lounge and dining area with smart tv, and patio doors leading onto a covered terrace with al fresco dining area, next to the swimming pool. Kitchen with breakfast bar, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, juice squezer, toaster, iron and direct access to barbecue area. 2 bedrooms (twin and double), both with en-suite bath/shower rooms (one with corner bath).

First Floor
3 bedrooms (2 twin, 1 double), all with en suite shower rooms and private terraces with beautiful views across the Salgados golf course and sand dunes to the sea.

Specific Winter rentals rules :

The Winter Season lasts from November till the End of March and has its own set
of rules, for any additional info please contact us:
1. There is no Housekeeping during the stay only the check-in and check-out is included.
2. The Electricity bill is fully paid by the client. An amount is to be paid in advance by the client
(200€/month) with an adjustment done at the end of the stay. A document will be provided
with reference to watt cost.
4. Capacity rules are also different from the normal season. Above 4 people staying permanently please refer this information previously to us.
5. Fireplaces can be used but require a special type of wood and it is guests responsibility to
leave the fireplace in the same condition as found.
