Carolina Sea Apartment Sea View Close to the Beach



The Carolina Sea Apartment is located in the São Rafael Village, less than 7 minutes walking distance from São Rafael Beach and Arrifes Beach. Ideal for up to 5 guests, the resort offers private parking and a pool area with a lounge bar.



The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped open kitchen, spacious living and dining room, and a terrace with a unique sea view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and sea view, the second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined. A sofa bed accommodates a fifth person. We also provide a crib and baby chair.



The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with access by stairs. The main terrace offers sea view and there is another terrace next to the kitchen with a barbecue grill. We provide Wi-Fi, multilingual channel system, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen includes all necessary utensils, but does not provide condiments, cleaning products or personal hygiene items.



Safety Deposit



For guests under 25 years old or party groups, a deposit of 100 per person is required, paid in cash or card at check-in, refunded up to 14 days after check-out, if no damage occurs.

Check-in: starting at 4 PM



Check-out: until 10 am

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible subject to availability and confirmation 2-3 days before arrival.



Extra Guests



It is possible to add extra guests upon request, including extra bed, bedding, and towels.

Cost: 150 per person.



Pets



We are Pet Friendly. Inform us in advance if you bring an animal. An extra animal cleaning fee of 50€ applies.
