Rules and Important Information



Security deposit: guests must leave 100€ per person at check-in (refundable if no damage occurs).



Check-in: from 4 PM

Check-out: until 10 AM



Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will be confirmed closer to the arrival date.



Extra people: possibility of an additional bed at a cost of 150€ per person/week.



Pet friendly pets allowed with prior notice (cleaning fee: $50).



Towels and additional sheets available upon request (extra cost).



Airport transfer available upon request.



It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment.
