Apartment located in the beautiful condominium Alto do Moinho (Windmill Hill), close to the center of Albufeira.



The development where the apartment is located was built in the 90s and since then has always been well maintained, it is an excellent space to spend holidays and reside, being a quiet place but close enough to the center of Albufeira, both the historic area and the beaches.



The common spaces are very well maintained, with a large swimming pool; beautiful gardens; tennis court; a bar and restaurant that serves dinner in the old Mill that exists there, which has been completely restored, with a panoramic view of excellence.



This apartment is a T2 located on the ground floor, renovated, with excellent areas, which is located on the first line of the pool and the main garden, has excellent sun exposure, pool view; garden, and with some sea views.



It has two bedrooms, one of which is ensuite.



It has two terraces, the south-facing terrace consisting of a “barbecue”, fully furnished to enjoy the peace and enjoy the magnificent views.



The apartment is on two levels, on the upper level, the main entrance, a kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom, and on the lower level a living room, with fireplace, with French doors facing the terrace located to the south, and an ensuite bedroom also with French doors facing the same terrace.



During the hottest days the apartment is cool, and in winter it has heating.



Our guests have access to all areas of the house. They can still use everything in the house. If they need any object or appliance or something more specific, we are ready to help.

The complex also has a private park.



Additional Rules and necessary information



•Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we are asking you to give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.



If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.



•Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given via by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.

Check-out – 10 a.m

The same applies to late-checkout. It is always subject to availability.



•We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in the group when they come to our properties. For this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.



•We are Pet Friendly - you must let us know that you bring your Pet with prior notice and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning cost (to be calculated based on the type of property).



•Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people the house holds. If more towels or sheets are needed, we can provide them at an extra cost, on request.



•We can arrange an Airport Shuttle for you, upon prior request.



•For stays longer than 25 days – normally during the winter season – we ask for the payment of the electricity bill (it is calculated according to the type of property)
