➔ Building
The apartment is located within the Clube Albufeira resort, surrounded by gardens, pools, restaurants, snack bars, mini-golf, a playground, and a mini-market. It is situated on the first floor of a building without an elevator.

The pools are all open, however, without a lifeguard on duty.

➔ Bedrooms
The apartment features two bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. One is a suite with a double bed and TV, and the other has two single beds.

➔ Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms in the apartment. One is an ensuite with a shower, and the other has a bathtub.

➔ Living Room
The bright living room, which opens onto an inviting balcony with a dining table, offers a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, and a fireplace.

➔ Kitchen
The kitchen, connected to the living room by a counter, is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included).

➔ Pools
The condominium features 4 pool areas with sunbeds, restrooms, a snack bar or restaurant, as well as children's pools. All pools are open year-round from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

➔ Playground and Mini-Golf
Have fun with your family and create lasting memories - a playground with ample grassy space for the little ones' delights, and mini-golf (subject to an additional cost).

➔ Gym
Don't break your exercise routine, make use of the resort's gym space, which has all the necessary basic equipment.

For your comfort and flexibility, our Hospitality Team will provide a self-check-in at the property. A code will be informed to open the lockbox and collect the keys. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Clube Albufeira is located 35 km from Faro Airport and just 2.5 km from the center of Albufeira, one of the most lively and emblematic cities in the Algarve, with some of the best restaurants and bars in the region.Within the resort there is a mini-market, but also a supermarket (Pingo Doce) just 1 km away. There are also two major shopping centers in the area: Algarve Shopping and Aqua Portimão, both about 20 minutes away by car. In addition to enjoying a fantastic sunny day by the pools, you can also venture out to discover the beautiful beaches of the region, such as Praia da Senhora da Rocha and Praia da Cova Redonda (awarded among the most beautiful beaches in Europe), Praia dos Pescadores, São Rafael, Salgados and Galé, are all a 5-10 minute distance from the property. Slide & Splash Water Park and ZooMarine are just a 10 minute drive away.

If you are arriving by plane from Faro Airport, the best option to reach the apartment is by car. If you have a rental car you can park inside the condo, next to the apartment. Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 10am. Before leaving, please place the keys in the lockbox.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee of 35€.

￫ Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium.

￫ Night time in person assistance due to issues unimputable to the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am.

￫ The Resort has access control to the facilities. All guests must wear a (reusable) wristband, which gives access to the facilities. Each wristband costs 20€ in cases of loss.

￫ For stays equal or longer than 28 nights, monthly bill consumptions are included up to 150€. Amounts above that value will be charged to the guest. By placing a reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
