Gwenva is one of our most popular villas, with clients wanting to return year after year. Located in a small development near to the beautiful sandy beach at Galé, there are restaurants and shops nearby, yet the property enjoys peaceful surroundings due to its privileged position.

At the front of the house there are electric gates, a carport and a small garden. From the hall, two steps lead to the living/dining room which has an abundance of natural light. There are two bamboo sofas, a wood burner, corner bar and doors leading to the terrace and swimming pool. The kitchen has recently been modernised with glossy white cupboards, granite surfaces and plenty of space to cater for everyone. There are two ensuite bedrooms on this floor and a separate washroom.

The bedroom on the first floor has a nautical theme and a lovely terrace with steps leading to the pool area.

Outside is glorious with an immaculate garden, lawned area, inviting swimming pool and sun loungers, all surrounded by an oleander hedge.
