Welcome to your fully renovated 4-bedroom getaway, designed for comfort, luxury, and unforgettable memories. Sleeping up to 12 guests, the home features 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 separate bunk beds with twin & full mattresses. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and WiFi for your entertainment.

Step outside into your private, secluded backyard oasis: complete with a 79-jet, 7-person hot tub, a custom stone firepit with a built-in grill surrounded by lounge seating, a Gas and Charcoal BBQ, and outdoor furniture perfect for relaxing under the stars.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious kitchen with a massive island and all the essentials to cook for a group. The large dining table is perfect for shared meals. Unwind in the cozy sitting area by the indoor fireplace or gather in the living room with a large-screen smart TV, SONOS Bluetooth speakers, and a karaoke machine for fun nights in.

The dedicated game room is loaded with entertainment: a full-size arcade machine, Foosball table, Xbox, PlayStation, and a wide selection of board games.

- MAIN LAKE (currently undergoing maintenance)


Main Lake, next to the main office and club house, is our largest lake in the development that spans 45 acres! It is also 4 ft deep and has a great fish life for our avid fisherman (permits required)!
There are also several different playgrounds for our younger members.
Please keep in mind that the ropes are not put out for swimming until early summer.

- BOULDER LAKE - Where our canoe is available for guest use (Please request instructions and we will guide you).
Boulder Lake is the fan favorite among our members! It is 9.4 acres wide and can go to almost 12 feet deep!
Boulder Lake also features a playground area, boat racks and even a volleyball net.
Please remember that swimming is allowed when the ropes are put out in early summer.

- FISHING LAKE is 3.3 acres wide and 4 and a half feet deep and is a favorite for fishing!
In fact, every year we hold our annual Fishing Derby at this very lake!

Watauga may be our smallest lake at .6 acres, but it is still fun for our fisherman, nature enthusiasts and families!

Our Hot tub is open and available for our guests' use all year round.

The community in-ground pool, is open Memorial Day Week - Labor Day Week - weather permitting. The opening and closing dates may very, so please message us first if you're booking mainly for the purpose of using the pool.


If you are planning to use the Association amenities, wristbands are $10 per person and can be purchased directly at the community office:

Mon–Thurs: 8 AM – 4 PM

Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM

Saturday: 8 AM – 2 PM

After 2 PM on Saturday and all day Sunday, wristbands can be purchased at the Seneca Pool Snack Shack (cash only).
