Smart TVs, locks, thermostats, & hot tub for up to 4 guests at a time. Up to 8 guests can sleep comfortably with 2 full baths, full-service kitchen, and in-home laundry.

Towamensing Trails is a four-season amenity-filled community with a 195 acre lake that permits swimming (Memorial to Labor Day) and fishing. Only electric motors are allowed, so your vacation will be peaceful. Guests will be required to wear wristbands while using the amenities. 8 wristbands are provided with the rental (must be worn by all guests over the age of 5).

Kitchen: Fully stocked with microwave, toaster oven, coffee bar, and plates/pots/accessories. We also provide spices/oils/etc and condiments in the fridge.

Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms w/ tubs, we provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash as well as bath towels.

Family room: Enjoy conversation next to our electric fireplace. 50” Smart TV which has HDMI connection, so bring your streaming device such as a Roku. TV is preloaded with the following apps: Netflix, YouTube, Vudu, Hulu, Amazon. Must have account and your own log on info for pay tv services. High speed WiFi connection. Minimal cable channels offered. Blue Ray Player and good selection of DVD movies. Small selection of games, books and children's toys.

Traveling with small children? We’ve designed our space with you in mind. Our home comes equipped with 2 baby gates @ both the top and bottom of the stairs, a pack n play, high chair, small selection of children's books/toys, and white noise machines in each bedroom.

Outside, the home features a hot tub, both a propane and charcoal grill (we do not supply propane or charcoal), Adirondack chairs, dining table with seating for six.
Guest access
Guests will be provided with a code for smart lock prior to your arrival. You will have access to our entire house (minus shed).

Please remember you are staying in a house not a hotel, and treat our space with respect.

Our home is part of a community. Guests are expected to abide by rules of the community. We ask that you treat our neighbors, the home, and surrounding area as if it were your own personal residence — with care & respect.

Trash must be disposed of on site prior to departure; this is approx a 5 min drive from the house and on the way out of the community. You will be issued vehicle/garbage passes for your stay, we cover up to 2 vehicles (additional vehicles $5 each).

Please Note:
Guests are expected to read & be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved in advance). Security deposit required for every booking per House Rules; booking implies agreement with deposit and acknowledges that guests will honor rules.
