Our home is located in the private gated community of Indian Mountain lake and boasts over 1800 square feet of living space including three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, three (3) living rooms with Smart TVs, game room, and indoor hot tub room. Included with your stay are bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, & garbage bags.

The Indian Mountain Lake community offers 24/7 security along and wonderful resort amenities including 2 private swimming beaches, 5 lakes including a stocked fishing lake, 2 outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, 4 children’s playgrounds, walking trails, picnic areas, 4 tennis courts and 2 basketball courts. We are no further than 3 miles from all amenities.
Amenities are $10 per person per stay (not per day). These are not required should you not plan on using them.

For your stay, our home includes high speed Wifi, 3 bedrooms with Queen size beds, and a loft with a queen size pull out bed. All beds come equipped with freshly washed sheets and blankets as well as towels stocked in the bathroom.

Our living room has a beautiful wood stove and the loft has an electric fireplace.

The game room features a pool table, full size air hockey table, Pac Man Arcade game and board games to keep you entertained for hours.

The spacious deck and yard has ample seating for outdoor dining and grilling on our charcoal grill.

We are close to several Ski mountains such as Blue Mountain, (30 min), Camelback (30 min), Big Boulder (15 min), and Jack Frost (20 min). Other nearby attractions include:

Please note we have a steep driveway, during the winter, we have a snow removal service that clears and salts after 3-4inches of snow. We recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles for the area during the winter.

Amenities: $10 per person per stay (not per day). Wristbands can be purchased at the office if you plan to use any of the community amenities. BEDROOMS: Master Bedroom (queen bed & flat screen Smart TV) and Loft (queen pull out bed & flat screen Smart TV) on third floor, Bedroom 2 (queen bed & Flat screen Smart TV) located on Second floor, Bedroom 3 (queen bed) located on first floor.
GAME ROOM: Pool table, air hockey table, board games, flat-screen Smart TV
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, 8 cup Coffee maker, Keurig, dishwasher, dishware, flatware, 2 - person island, 6-person kitchen table (4 additional leather folding dining room chairs available)
OUTDOOR LIVING: Private enclosed hot tub, charcoal grill, outdoor dining table, porch with porch swing
COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Pool, lake and beach access, picnic areas, playground, tennis and basketball courts
GENERAL: Linens &towels provided, WiFi, ceiling fans, AC located in loft which cools the main living areas due to the open layout - AC installed Mid May to End of September
PARKING: Paved Driveway (4 vehicles)
PROPERTY ACCESS: No need to pick up keys for the property. Each guest will be provided a unique access code valid for the duration of their stay.
SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS: There are 4 external facing cameras which are used only for security purposes. 1 Ring DoorBell- front door entrance; 2 driveway cameras facing the street (different angles since the driveway is long ); 1 backyard camera facing the woods. None of the cameras have views inside the cabin.
