Moia 34 apartment nestled in the nature of Valtellina

My accommodation is located in the center of the town of Moia in Albosaggia just 5 min. drive from Sondrio to 450 mt. altitude in a quiet location.
The resort is served by a bus with a stop at 50 meters, a trattoria bar, a minimarket, a hotel, and other services.
In the surroundings there are several farm houses to taste the local cuisine.
Recommended for those who love nature and walks.

The accommodation
Cozy two-room apartment in a typical two-family house consisting of living area with small living room and kitchen, utility room, bathroom and double bedroom with bunk bed and balcony.
Equipped with every comfort, the apartment has been recently renovated.
The apartment is 5 min. by car from the center of Sondrio and 25 min. approximately from the ski lifts of Valmalenco and Aprica.
Nearby you can take peaceful walks in the surrounding woods or along the Valtellina path (cycle path) 5 minutes away with the possibility of bike rental in summer, river sports such as canoeing and rafting, horse riding and quad biking.

Independent entrance, heating with gas boiler, newly renovated bathroom with shower (shower cubicle), in the double bedroom there is a bunk bed in addition to the double bed, a small sofa bed is available, a square and a half like a futon in the living room or possible cot. Outside there is a large lawn and paths for walks in the nature.
