This new villa of 400 m² with elevator benefits from an exceptional 180° panoramic view of the sea and the city of Ajaccio. Spread over two levels, the house, fully air-conditioned, has been designed so that each room takes full advantage of the sea view. The first floor is organized around a large living room of 100 m² with fully equipped open kitchen, extended by a scullery including professional equipment. A first en-suite bedroom with shower room and separate toilet completes this level, as well as a guest toilet.

The outdoor area, accessible on the first floor, includes a large covered terrace with a bioclimatic pergola, an outdoor dining room for twelve people with plancha, a living room, toilets, a heated infinity pool, a jacuzzi with seating area and an outdoor shower, all facing the sea.PGJyPg
The garden level hosts four en-suite bedrooms, each with its own shower room, separate toilet and a private terrace. A cinema room as well as a games and sports room – equipped with billiards, Bonzini table football, pinball, arcade machine, air hockey, darts, exercise bike, treadmill and weight bench – complete this level. A bathroom with toilet and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities are also available.
