"The bungalow was accurate to the pictures listed. It was pretty clean but there were a couple random hairs on the inside of the bed when I rolled the sheets back. The highlight is the front desk experience. Both upon checkin and checking out. Steller customer service and kindness. Would absolutely recommend to couples if you’re coming in town for a weekend stay."

"Great views from the room, near many coastal hiking trails, near Point Arena for any necessities. The room has a small refrigerator & a microwave which is a plus. I have stayed here 3 times, twice in the Keeper’s Room."

"Large piece of property in a clearing in the woods with native plants and trees. The owners live on the property and have a lovely and friendly dog. The 2 b.r., rental is very comfortable and warm and cozy. Everything you need is there and it is quiet.You are close to town and not far from Mendocino. Noyo Harbor has the best fresh fish.I highly recommend this place."

I will say that this space is best taken advantage of with big families or small friend groups. We were two adults with a baby and 3 dogs and still only managed to occupy one bedroom. "The Lighthouse Assistant House #4 was a fantastic vacation home for a family. The house is very clean and roomy. The kitchen is very well-equipped which makes for easy family meal prep. The house is in an ideal location for whale watching and hiking as well beautiful scenery for photography. There is lots to do for the whole family. A great place for a get-a-way for the family. The hosts are very responsive, with an easy check-in process. I highly recommend."
