"Very nicely maintained property and dock on a very quiet part of Lake Gaston. The kitchen was well equipped ( just needs a blender ). The beds were comfy and the house was homey. The kids loved the game room "

"The house was clean and had everything we needed for our family. The downstairs was perfect for the grandkids. The kitchen had all the conveniences that we needed and the living space with the deck had beautiful views of the lake. We had amazing weather and spent most of the time on the dock enjoying the lake. The owner was attentive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. "

"The spot on the lake is perfect. The host was excellent in their communication and responsiveness. We all fell in love with the location of the property and the ease of access to the lake. Our group had planned to keep the kids entertained by going out to get ice cream etc.; however, the kids had so much fun on the lake we never had to leave the house (other than a run or two to the store). There is a dollar general market very close by and a Walmart not too far. Looking forward to making this...

We visited twice prior to our reservation date to get a feel for who would sleep where of the 40 folks on our list of invitees. The owner was always very accommodating. "My husband, kids, and I spent Memorial Weekend at this beautiful lake house and had a fantastic time! The home is tastefully decorated with gorgeous furniture and offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. We especially loved the large upstairs living/dining room and the even bigger downstairs game room, complete with sofa, giant Connect 4, foosball, basketball, and tons of other fun games. My kids had an absolute blast and loved watching movies there after sunset.Each bedroom...

"We had a fantastic week. Great for families with children. Large fish caught off of dock. Swimming all day. Home was very clean and cozy. Hope to come back next year. "

"We had a lovely stay, the place is quaint and clean. Truly a nice, peaceful spot to stay when you want to escape from the world, put your feet up and relax for a while. "

"Great property. Well maintained and secluded. Very much enjoyed our stay. Just what was needed for a relaxing getaway. "

"Outside decks and walkways need some pressure washing and regular sweeping but the inside was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the dock and the kayaks and the beds were very comfortable. Outdoor cooking set up is very nice but the deck is too small for the amount of furniture there. Not enough comfortable seating in living room. Generally it’s a great casual hang out for 6-8 people at a reasonable price in a location that met our needs being about half way between our daughters’ houses...
