"This was our second time staying at this hotel. We loved it so much the first time that we came back. Rooms are clean and tidy, front desk was friendly, complimentary breakfast was really good compared to other hotels (eggs and bacon/sausage daily, fresh waffles, etc.), and every night was reasonably priced. Overall, well worth the price and we had a very pleasant stay."

"I booked two pet-friendly rooms online, including what was advertised as a suite. When we arrived, we were informed that the suite was not actually available as a pet-friendly room and one of our reservations was downgraded to a much smaller, lower-quality room. Despite receiving a significantly different room than what was booked, there was no adjustment to the rate. To make matters worse, the downgraded room did not have a working TV, and the overall condition and amenities were nowhere near...

"The breakfast menu was great , as usual, one of the reasons we booked our stay here. Our room was disappointing though. The carpets were overworn, the drapes were torn and tattered, in fact one set of sheer draperies was completely missing from the window... There appeared to be extensive water damage overtop the window and the wall paper was wrinkled and coming off the wall. The large comfy chair in the room was worn out and the arms were tattered and the edge piping was hanging out of the...
