"Property is as described. Was perfect location for visiting the dam and the hatchery. About 15 minutes from a store, so shop ahead. Communication with host was very little, but when we got there, there was a note that had a local number to call/text. We lost power during a brief night storm and that individual was quick to reply and so friendly - even checked on us twice! I think they are blasting a road in the mountain just below the home, so its a little noisy and is cutting out some of the...

"We were in town for a bass master event and I feel like we won the lottery. Some times you end up at places that a shady or run down. But, this was beautiful and peaceful. The host was great at communication and went above and beyond. Truly a little slice of heaven. If bass master comes back to Dale hallow next year. We will be back! Thank you for having us!"

"Heather had the place in pristine condition: we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. There was an error in the listing, however, that advertised it as having a queen bed. It actually has two double beds, which is way too small for us. Heather was apologetic and worked with us. If double beds are okay for you, you'll enjoy your stay in this cabin!"

"We loved this property and how close it was to the marina. The deck was great, and we spent most of our time at this house outside enjoying the company of great friends. Would stay here again for sure!"

"This cabin was adorable ! Very clean and nice. We didn’t do much there due to spending time with family at another cabin. However , I loved the view and it did have a nice porch to sit on and the upstairs is super cute. Will definitely be coming back if we are ever up that way. "

"This was a very quiet relaxing spot. The view from the hotel room is gorgeous. The patio overlooking Lake Cumberland was so relaxing. Rent a boat or bring one it is a boaters dream come true. The office staff was great very friendly. House keeping was great. I would highly recommend this location. The areas around was great. All the parks and nature areas. The views are breath taking. We were only three hours away from home. A vacation we truly needed . "

"The house was perfect with all the extra little touches that made it extra special. Our kids loved the upstairs area and the fire pit area. The driveway was perfect for pulling our boat in and out of with no issues. Close to everything but also still private. Great weekend. "

"Loved our stay! Beautiful place. Just wish the lake access was better but due to the rain it was hard to make it down the steep hill. "

"Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful peaceful setting in rural Kentucky. Rose & Timmy are amazing hosts. Fishing is good & their property is 5 star! Highly recommended "

"This place was absolutely gorgeous and view of lake was perfect. "

"Beautiful lake, cozy, clean living space, and great weather made this stay a success! The private dock, (from what we were able to see the nicest one on the lake) was phenomenal! Would love to tell you about surrounding sights but we refused to leave the lake! Nothing negative to say about this rental, it is special. Fishing was pretty good too! We only travel with our dogs so it was nice that the host allows them to stay too. We love it and hope to return again some day."

"We had a wonderful time once again at this cabin. Some fished, we had a fire each night and grilled one of the three nights we stayed. Everything was excellent! We can't wait to stay again soon. Thank you for having this place for us to escape to!"
