Stunning Bungalo-style Loft in Albany's Warehouse District!

This property is a 10 minute drive from June Farms. Located in the heart of Albany's "Warehouse District", this spacious loft is the perfect stay for a work trip or a pleasurable visit to Albany! I live upstairs and am proud to offer such a beautiful, clean, living space for your trip. I feel like this loft has really good energy and you will be very happy staying there. -Matt

This loft is 5 minutes away from the Convention Center, The performance Arena, and the Capital building. Right around the corner are some of the best bars and restaurants in the Albany area. A 5 minute walk to the Hudson River, and a 5 minute drive to Troy, NY.

You will have full access to the entire loft. No one shares the space with you.

Guests may enjoy access to the pool for an additional fee of $175 per person per day, available for use between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Maximum of 4 people only. To arrange pool access, please contact us directly to process the payment PRIOR to your stay. We’re happy to assist with any questions!

It is not PRIVATE use of the pool, other guests who are upstairs may also be using the unite pool.

The loft is on the ground floor, which makes it very easy to access and exit. There is only one small step before the entrance door into the loft. Very roomy bathrooms and bedrooms make this a wonderful option for all ages.

Typically people either drive, or take an Uber, while visiting Albany. Catching a cab directly in front of the loft is difficult and not recommended. There are also bicycles in the loft for you to use.

Having small gatherings or parties in the loft is absolutely NOT ALLOWED. Out of respect to our neighbors, it is important to note that no more than 4 guests are allowed in the loft when you are there, otherwise there is a $150 fee per additional guest. We do check the outside security cameras to make sure guests are abiding by this rule. We sincerely appreciate your understanding this rule very much.

No pets. We tried it and the animals chew up the expensive furniture and leave hair all over the place. Sorry.
