"Had a pleasant overnight stay while helping my daughter move into TU. Unit was as described. Clean and comfortable. As mentioned, the units are separated by a wall and I did occasionally hear the visitors next door, but it wasn’t problematic. Bath had provided shampoo and conditioner, as well as a hairdryer. Would consider staying here again."

"Nice property, clean! Its on well water. Could use some modern updates but overall a nice home to stay in. Bring a hair dryer. AC worked well as it was 95deg every day. Has hot tub but it was too hot for that. Id stay here again!"

Mid century modern decorations were amazing and fun to live with, especially for us senior citizens, since we grew up in that era! "House met all our expectations. Very clean. Beautiful property. Short drive on county roads to Ball State University. Could have had some better towels. Perfect layout. "

"House and backyard is huge! We absolutely enjoyed being outdoors with the kids, the indoor pool came in clutch while the weather was in the cooler side during our stay. Ted was readily available and provided clear communication. "

"This delightful home made a great homebase for our busy weekend prepping and attending our neice’s wedding. It was close to the venue and was a comfy place to watch a movie and chat after our busy days. Hubby was a bit disappointed about not having access to ping pong, but we didn’t have a ton of free time to play anyway. We would stay here again if in the area."
