Villa Annmar is a 4 bedroom villa located in the popular resort of Calan Porter. The bars and restaurants of the resort centre are a 10 minute stroll away, with the sandy beach a further 10 minutes on foot. The resort is home to the famous Caves of Xoroi, a bar perched on the cliff edge offering spectacular views of the sea. Spend your days unwinding at your private pool and sampling the nearby restaurants and bars by night. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

At just a short stroll from the facilities of Calan Porter, Villa Annmar is based in a great location. The villa is just a 15 minute drive from the airport, giving you the chance to start your holiday as soon as possible. There is no need to hire a car, unless you plan on exploring some of the beautiful beaches and towns Menorca has to offer, as you have a mini market, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The beach can be reached by a 20 minute walk downhill journey on foot. This sheltered cove has some rustic beach bars for drinks and local tapas. Don't forget to take a trip to the Caves of Xoroi, an incredible spot to watch the sun go down with a nice cold drink.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
