The 4-room villa, spanning 180 square meters, is situated on the ground floor and offers a comfortable and tastefully furnished living space. The living room features a sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing additional sleeping accommodations. The living room leads to the garden and terrace areas. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also includes a dining table and provides access to the garden and terrace. Additionally, there is a shower, bidet, and a toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find a double bedroom, a room with two beds measuring 120 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with access to a balcony, a room with two beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and a sleeping facility measuring 80 cm in width and 160 cm in length. There is also another room with two beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The upper floor features two bathrooms, one with a bath, bidet, and toilet, and another with a shower, bidet, and toilet.
