"We left a day early, it was not a very clean place, Had water stains on ceiling and a weird smell to it. The shower curtain liner has a bad smell coming off of it. The lights kept flickering off and on and in middle of night the light came on. The property seemed rough as well. The picture of the studio looked nice but very small."

"The map was inaccurate. I had to ask for the gate code and door code. When I did get it, the door code to get in was wrong. The unit was relitively clean. The master bathtub didn’t drain and only 3 of the 5 tv’s worked. "

"This property is a real find. It's neat, clean and modern. The location makes it a pleasure to walk to Boyne's surprising number of very good restaurants and shops. Most importantly, Kyle, the property manager was easy to reach and very responsive on the several times we reached out to him. We would gladly stay here again anytime."

Alittle disappointed in the location.we were starying with several littles in our group.According to the vrbo map it showed the condo right next to the water park.which it was not.There are several condos closer. So maybe a better map of location or condo complex would be helpful. We were in condo N. We drove our car to the water park each time with lots of people and stuff and sub zero temps.Hope this helps others with littles.Place was great. clean equipped etc even had toys...

"Condo was big, clean and well stocked. It was a great place to stay for our tennis tournament. I would 100% book again. It wasn't clear it was an upper unit, but we had very little luggage so it was not a big deal. We'll be booking again."
