With a private swimming pool and spacious garden area, Villa Terena is ideal for families or groups of friends.
The house is composed by 1 floor with 4 bed rooms (all with air conditioning), 2 wc and an open space with living room and kitcken. Also have a lovely mezzanine with a play area with pool table, tv, sofa, games... The free high speed internet (400MB download/100MB upload) will allow you to perfectly work from the house or just stream you favorite films or tv shows (Netflix and HBO are included).
Outside, a deck area with barbecue, swimming pool, wc and lawn with sun loungers where you can enjoy total privacy.
The property is built respecting the traditional local architecture on the outside and with a luxury modern concept on the inside.
With a beautiful deck area where you can listen to the birds singing while you have your breakfast or you can prepare your fish or meat in the fully equipped barbecue, while your children are playing in the swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine microwave and so on..., with everything you need to prepare your meals.
