"We came to do some bird watching and go to Great Sand Dunes National Park. There were several nesting sparrow species in the yard and the Park was great. It had great views and was clean inside. Could use a little clen up outside, but we live on a ranch and understand."

"This was a perfect place for a couple nights. Plenty of space and had everything we needed. It’s a short walk from the park and my kids enjoyed it. The host was very responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend."

The decor is quite warm and inviting....

"Kitchen was extremely well equipped and the house was very clean. The hosts were excellent about staying in contact and responding very quickly with any questions we had."

"Convenient access to paved road. Beautiful views of sunrise and sunsets. Comfortable beds and nice showers. Centralized location for a home base so we could see many sites in the area over the time we were there. I would choose to stay there again if ever in the area in the future."
