The space
GAME ROOM
In the garage you will find a fully renovated game room complete with Pool table, Foosball, Darts and Arcade games. Full size refrigerator, 65 inch smart TV. Bluetooth speaker to hook up to your favorite songs. Split unit to keep you cool during the warmer months and warm during the colder months.
Bedrooms
Master bedroom is located off the kitchen with ensuite 2 sink bathroom and full walk-in closet. Soak in the jetted tub after a long day.
Featuring a king pillow top mattress, 65 inch Smart TV, and dresser for your belongings. Each bedside table has USB plug ins for easier access to your phone or tablet.

The other 2 bedrooms are located on the other side of the home. One with a queen pillow top mattress, walk in closet and dresser for your belongings. Also a 43 inch smart TV. The other bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The closet is set for a space for the little ones to hang out with toys. Has a dresser and a 50 inch smart TV. Both share an oversized bathroom with shower and tub.
All 3 bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for extra comfort.
KITCHEN
Is equipped with coffee pot, toaster, crockpot and even a blender to enjoy margaritas on the patio. We have provided dishes ( glass and plastic for the little ones). Cooking and baking supplies are also provided in case you want a calm night in, along with beer and wine glasses.
LIVING ROOM
Features a fireplace on those winter months and oversized couch to snuggle up and watch movies on a 75 inch Smart TV.
Card and board games are held in the game room.
Guests have access to two hall cabinets located by the guest rooms. One is stocked with towels the other has extra linens. Iron and ironing board are located in the laundry room.
Please note that the garage has been turned into a game room and therefore is not available to park cars in.

Entire home other than pantry and hall closet are locked.
Other things to note
Perfect view of the fireworks on 4th of July. Grab a chair on the side of the house and take out to the front driveway. You’ll see an amazing show.
Space Hall of Fame is on 1.5 miles away. Where the fireworks shoot off.
Also 2 sleds in the kids closet to use if you head out to White Sands National Monument.
