"The house is very nice, and the owner has done an incredible job decorating the house. It is a place you can totally relax and have a good time. There is so much you can do in the area and the owner can give you advice on all of the things you might like to do. We had a great time!"

"Stayed one night passing through. Was perfect for us. Comfortable bed. Aspen tree outside bedroom window :-)Walked the lake nearby in evening - beautiful sunset. Main street of town close by. Easy to find.Quiet - deer grazing in morning in yard as I had my coffee. Keri saw me struggling to unlock and came to assist :-)Would stay here again. "

"They’ve taken an older place and made it really nice. The location isn’t scenic … it sits along the street in town. However, it does have a great fenced courtyard that is really enjoyable. Everything else about the place was significantly better than the average VRBO, particularly those in less touristy areas. We enjoyed our time. It was particularly clean for the “dusty” west. Keep that up … it’s a difference maker. "

"We came to La Veta to home base for the weekend to check on our property progress since the 2018 fire. My daughter and I loved this property! Super comfortable, quiet, and amazing clean! The location is 5 stars due to the proximity to the town! The shops and local grocery had everything we needed for our stay! This will be our first choice for us going forward! Thanks for sharing this place and see you next time!"
