Welcome to my spectacular loft suite! This place is great to relax, concentrate on work, and/or enjoy the beauties of Alamo.

This brand-new unit is in the heart of Alamo, close to many hiking trails, Mt. Diablo State Park, the Iron Horse Trail, and Walnut Creek's shopping and dining. It is centrally located with easy access to Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Marin National Parks, Sonoma Raceway, the wine country (Napa), BART, and multiple airports.
The space
The location is amazing with the beautiful surroundings and privacy it offers. It allows for anyone who stays here to feel right at home. It is across from the Round Hill golf course and only two miles from highway 680.

The loft suite is on the second level with its own private entrance, accessed through stairs. You then enter into an open floor plan containing a spacious living area and a kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances. Living room holds a 65" 4k Smart TV, the master bedroom has a 55" 4k Smart TV, and the entire suite has a multi-zone audio system.

The unit is surrounded by beautiful oak trees, a peaceful creek, and amazing wildlife, which can be viewed on the outdoor patio area and through the large windows. This is outdoor dream living!

The suite comes fully furnished allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay.
Guest access
Parking is available in front of the main house, located on a private court.
The backyard is shared with the main house. Use of the pool can be accessed with prior approval.
