"The staff are exceptionally friendly but the overall cleanliness of the hotel needs to improve and updates need to happen. Daily housecleaning is offered but the hotel needs some more attention. A profound deep cleaning and paint job. Gym was great and location is not too bad. Pool cleanliness is questionable so I avoided it. You can always get about using local taxi apps. And walk down 30min to have a nicer area on the beach. Direct beach near hotel is a fishing community with shacks so best...

"Indian restaurant food is tasteless due to overspicing, and premises are run-down and dingy. Staff is scruffy and check-in is slow. Bar is a dark squalid place where some local men consume alcohol while apparently awaiting female professionals hired for fun. Corridors are hot and run-down. This hotel has evidently seen better...

We prepaid for this hotel via Hotels.com. They did not offer our prepaid reservation, claiming that the price was too low. This I understand, and I was even willing to pay extra to make up for it. However, it’s how they handled the situation. We had an extra person visiting us, they were going to stay somewhere...
