Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk. "The room was great. But the staff are terrible. I asked for towels and it took 3 hrs to deliver. And also, I asked for replacement of the battery for the safety box and i waited for nothing! I don't recommend this hotel."

"This was a good size apartment that was kept clean and when there were a couple of issues they were dealt with promptly. The furniture was all functional but of its time. The area around was a little noisy due to building works but it has good access to shops, AD Mall and the tourist area. Parking was a bit of a pain if you returned after 18:00 when most of the spaces near the hotel were already taken."
