"We stayed at Golden Tulip as a family, they were welcoming and late check-in was not a problem. The room was clean and tidy but the beds were small for a family. "Grauenhaft!!! Bloß nicht buchen. Es gibt wie bei Expedia beschrieben keine Leistungen vor Ort. Nach alles musste gefragt werden. Von 3 mal Frühstück 1 mal bekommen. Kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Alles Fürchterlich lediglich das Zimmer gut aber wird nicht gereinigt. Balkon war die Sicht auf die Pyramiden und Museum Gut."

"Reconsider staying here. Nothing but a SCAM! Booked Delux room with jacuzzi months in advanced. Arrived at 11pm only to find owner had offered our room to another guest who had paid a higher rate. Argued the point and showed all paper work with specific room type. Owner refused to budge and would not refund the difference for the lower priced room offered. Got to stay 7hrs in room we actually booked before being moved to the lower costing room next door. Owner went on to say that the picutres...

"The bathroom looked like it had mold, the cabinet smelled, and the door did not lock properly ( they did not fix it even when I asked). The pool was nice but other than that there is no appeal."
