The space
2 large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen and a twin. Sleeps 5, each bedroom is air conditioned and has a private full bathroom (bathrooms are semi-private, they are separate from the living and bedroom but do not have doors). Kitchen, living , and dining area connects to an open air balcony with a magnificent view of bay only a stone throw away. Fully equipped with modern amenities, high speed internet, digital locks and Smart TV. Free Pool and beach area has loungers and palapas and BBQ. Coral reef in bay.

Other things to note
Akumal is located directly on the mesoamerican coral reef and has abundant marine life. This building does not have elevators, as it is only 4 floors. *Guests with children: Kids must be 13 years or older to rent this unit. Akumal Bay has almost no coral and lots of soft, white sand. Half Moon Bay where the Condo is located does have a lot of coral in the bay and water shoes are recommended - the snorkeling in Half Moon is fantastic!
