"The property is under renovation. Doors are difficult to enter room. The pool was down, beds are hard like plywood box, Sheets had hair on them, shower wasn’t clean. No sofa bed/couch as stated in room choice to accommodate number of people. No receipt given for deposit nor proof of stay. Cancelled room within 10 minutes of being there. Asked for refund, front desk clerk/manager gave run around with the third party trying to contact to confirm that I cancelled the room. I do not recommend. I was...

"Always a great place to stay in Orrville. We stay here each time we come to Ohio. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have everything needed. This time we stayed in a king suite with a separate bedroom, kitchen area for light meals, desk and living area which accommodated just what we needed.
