"Perfect for what we needed. Very close to Canton Mckinley HS, so if you have a weekend sporting event and looking for a place to stay that is a short drive or walking distance this is great. Grocery stores only a few miles away. House is cute, as long as you are not taller than 6'6" you shouldn't have to duck. I grew up in a house this size with just one bathroom.
