"Property / hotel is mediocre at best. We were in town for a concert at the Civic Center and thought it would be a convenient location. Room rate is twice what it should be. Convenience is negated because of getting in and out of parking garage and the $16 overnight charge. Rooms were not anything above a Hampton or H-I Express. Next time I'll save myself the money and stay away from downtown and stay at one of the hotels mentioned above."

"First of all, I rarely write reviews, but I have made an exception this time in order to help anyone deciding to stay at this Microtel in North Canton, Ohio. My wife and I are in our 70's and we chose this hotel because it was close to Sluggers and Putters Amusement Park. While checking in at the hotel, my wife (jokingly) said to the clerk "We are taking a vacation from our dogs." The clerk rudely responded "No pets are ALLOWED". After we got that misunderstanding cleared up, it took way too...

"Really enjoyed the hotel overall: nice staff, comfy and clean room, good bed linens and towels, fitness center always impecable clean and nice area to explore shops and restaurants.
Brekafast buffet may get short of some food depending on the time you're there and employees lack some organization for replenishment.
The only downside I would point out is the lack of water pressure in the shower. That was kind of disappointing.

"Stayed here because I wanted a outside pool with food and bar service for relaxation. Of course the property is complete with beautiful views of golf course but everything else dates back to the original ( 1990's) opening day. So sad that such a wonderful property has been let go and never changes.
I did enjoy my time at the pool that is "very" old but functional as well."
