Quartz countertop and all new appliances, including range hood, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. Master bedroom with attached half bathroom (powder) has one large window facing the backyard, giving a lot of daylight inside the room all day long. One King bed set with two bedside tables and lamps. This spacious bedroom featuring Canadian birch hardwood flooring with a sitting area consists of two single sofa chairs, one coffee table and decorative plants. This room also has a digital clock, a mirror and a bin. All these and the wall, Almira adds an extra touch of elegance and a modern look to this bedroom.

During reservation, none of these four cameras capture any image from inside the house, and all four Cameras are for viewing images 24/7 outside the rental property only. Camera 1 is located on top of the living room window that views the front door and porch. Camera 2, located in the parking lot, views the driveway/ guests' parking. Camera 3 is located in the backyard, views our backyard and Camera 4 is located on the side, which views the side of the rental property.

- Proof of Age/ Photo ID required: Minimum age to rent is 18.Primary Guest’s Photo ID and Vehicle Information required before Check-In, picture for the remaining Guest over the age of 16
- CHECK-IN at 03:00 PM or LATER and CHECK-OUT at 11:00 AM or EARLIER
- Quiet Hours: Starts at 10 PM till 8 AM
- Maximum overnight guests: 6 (strict per local city code)
- No Smoking, Cannabis on the Premises
- Pet not allowed on the Premises
- No heavy/special equipment that may cause malfunction to the home’s Electrical System is allowed
- No tampering with the THERMOSTAT and WASHER Water temperature settings. It should always be in Cold water settings
- No party or events allowed on the Premises
- No EARLY CHECK-IN, LATE CHECK-OUT if there is already another confirmed booking for the same day
- Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only and shall not use the Premises for any illegal activities

Week stay

Property was exactly as posted. Spacious for our family of 4. Furniture wasn’t very comfortable to sit on in living room, and kitchen lacked some supplies - cling wrap, foil, etc. I wish the bathrooms had towel bars, no place to hang a hand towel anywhere. Host was very responsive and pleasant. Overall it was a good stay.

My experience occuping a shared unit.

It most definitely was different. I never shared a unit nor experience the Host being present daily. It was a little strange. I look at everything as an experience. It wasn't bad, just strange. Over all the place was welcoming and cleaned. Very informative or the rules, location and things to do in the area. That was a plus for me. I do appreciate your service & Thank you.

The host was great! He communicated well, residence was clean, and the host even provided some handy info for navigating local traffic (very helpful!l). I would say the neighborhood is more blue collar working class than up scale. Overall, I would recommend this location and would stay there again!
