In terms of layout, the accommodation is presented as follows:

You will enter through a small airlock in which you can make yourself comfortable directly thanks to the cupboard/wardrobe.

You will then access the superb living room composed of a beautiful dining room for 6 people and a cocooning lounge with sofa, coffee tables, large television. No Ikea furniture here. Here, warm and quality materials come together to form a unique, harmonious and modern whole.

The theme of the paintings is not chosen at random and clearly echoes the magnificent large circle casino located on the sidewalk opposite!

Through a small corridor, you will access a chic and contemporary kitchen equipped with all the essential equipment for cooking or reheating all kinds of dishes (induction hobs, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, wine cellar , Nespresso type coffee machine, kettle, dishes and utensils, etc.)

As for the sleeping rooms, the apartment has 3 large bedrooms, well isolated from each other where comfort always remains the leitmotif:

• Master suite with 180cm king size bed, smart TV, large cupboard/wardrobe and private bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit and toilet
• Black&White bedroom with 160cm queen-size bed, cupboard/wardrobe and access to the terrace
• Vintage turquoise and black room with carpet and rattan furniture. It has a 180 cm king-size bed that can be separated into 2 90 cm single beds (to be specified at the time of booking), a cupboard/wardrobe and access to the terrace.

A bathroom with bathtub and double sink is accessible independently, as well as a separate toilet.

And finally, the highlight of the show is exceptional access to a huge 45m² terrace facing one of the city's most emblematic monuments: the Casino Grand Cercle and the Epine mountain range and its famous Cat’s Tooth! You can enjoy your meals in the teak dining room or an aperitif in its comfortable garden furniture.

- In less than 2 minutes, Place Carnot for lunch on the terrace, at the Casino Grand Cercle to admire the sumptuous stained glass windows and Art Nouveau mosaics or try your hand at games of chance or even at the floral park of the thermal baths (city labeled 4 flowers and fleur d 'or) to rest in the shade of the tall trees...

- In 5 minutes on foot, to the Faure Museum to admire a beautiful collection of works of art, to the Market Halls to do some shopping or to the train station to catch your train.
