- A large and bright living room with a kitchen with all the essential equipment, a dining area for 4 people and a lounge area with comfortable sofa and armchairs, accompanied by a flat screen television and a low table.

- A beautiful 11m² terrace, overlooking the “courtyard” side of the building, with an outdoor dining room.

- A first bedroom with double bed and its cupboard/wardrobe

- A second bedroom with double bed and cupboard/wardrobe.

- A bathroom with a large Italian shower, a vanity unit and a washing machine

- Independent toilets.

- Secure building with very large closed garage in the apartment's private parking lot allowing you to store your vehicle as well as your bicycles or motorcycles
- Sheets and towels are provided for 4
- The apartment is located on the 1st floor WITH elevator

- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible except in the event of crossed arrival and departure.

Important notes:
- As the keys are not handed over independently, we ask for an additional €15 for arrivals between 8 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., €30 from 9:30 p.m. and €50 after midnight.


The apartment is ideally located in Aix-Les-Bains:

-A 2-minute walk from the magnificent Lac du Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, support for a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, kayaking, cruising, etc.).

-A 5-minute drive from the city center of Aix les Bains, Riviera des Alpes, a city dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its golf course 18 holes (a bus line serves the city center every hour)

- 25 minutes from the town of Chambéry, historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a broad architectural heritage

- 35 minutes from Annecy, the “Venice of the Alps” with its charming old town and its natural lake

- 40 minutes by car from the Bauges massif regional natural park where you can practice alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, skating, tobogganing, snowshoeing, cycling, hiking, paragliding, including the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Aillons- Margériaz

Aix-Les-Bains is very well served:
- one hour from Lyon, Geneva, Grenoble via the Alpine motorway network.
- its station served by the TGV leads to Paris in three hours.
- 10 minutes from the small Chambéry airport and 1 hour from Lyon or Geneva airports.
- Several bus lines also allow you to reach the city at different times of the day.
