In the heart of Provence, in the Pays d'Aix so dear to Cézanne, 25 minutes from Marseille, 25 minutes from the sea, 15 minutes from Aix en Provence and on the edge of the Var, this 200m² villa is undoubtedly intended for lovers of nature in search of absolute rest: the 5000m² natural land is located at the foot of hiking trails and at the edge of the forest.

The villa therefore has a central and quiet location, to facilitate your visits to Provence and the French Riviera.

 With its secure swimming pool of 14 * 5m with a 'beach' ideal for the little ones (who have a foothold on this part) or for the relaxation of the big ones, and its 150m² terrace, you can lounge on the deckchairs in the sun and the song of the cicadas.
