This charming villa is located less than 10 km from Aix-en-Provence, one of the most beautiful cities in France. The medieval core with the variety of streets, shops, cafes and restaurants: a visit is a party! It lives over 30,000 students from all over the world which adds something more to the atmosphere. Culturally, you can enjoy the heritage of infinite richness. Aix is ​​also famous for its fountains, each with its own story. Discover this city, it's a gift. Around Aix there is also much to discover, alongside monuments, castles, chapels and other buildings, there are also regional specialties to discover, local markets in many of the villages you will come across while driving in the region. A day at the beach is well doable too; the beaches are 30km away.

Immerse yourself in this luxurious house with summer kitchen and beautiful jacuzzi/pool combination. The location is just outside of Aix. This house guarantees a comfortable stay. On the ground floor of this villa you will find a neat living room with French doors to the garden and a beautiful open kitchen with Nespresso coffee maker. Upstairs you will find a bedroom for 2 people (190x140cm) and another bedroom for 2 people (200x160cm). These two bedrooms share a bathroom.
In the garden there is the swimming pool/jacuzzi (4x2.20cm) with, on the sunny terrace, deckchairs (4). In the summer kitchen you can take your meals (a worktop with sink, griddle in raw cast iron gas, fridge, crockery for 4 people and household linen). It is equipped with lighting for the evening.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
