  • É uma charmosa moradia independente em 2 andares, a 200 metros do centro da cidade, o famoso Cours Mirabeau.
    Está disponível estacionamento gratuito para passear pelas ruas e passear pelas maravilhosas praças da cidade. Restaurantes, bares, museus, mercados estão a pé ou de diabline (pequeno veículo elétrico coletivo).
    A casa está totalmente equipada para 4 pessoas, com 2 quartos independentes, 2 banheiros e 3 WCs, uma cozinha totalmente equipada e uma ampla sala de estar com varanda (sem mencionar um sistema de ar condicionado para cada nível e uma conexão à Internet e telefone), exposição para oeste
    Todo o equipamento é novo. Você pode tomar uma bebida no pequeno terraço do quarto principal ou sentar-se em uma das bonitas praças da cidade.
    Nas proximidades, há uma linha de ônibus que o levará a pé de magníficos passeios no local de Cézanne.
    Os mercados - frutas e legumes, antiguidades, roupas de segunda mão - ficam a 200 m, bem como o teatro Jeu de Paume. Um pouco mais adiante, o GTP ou Grand Théâtre de Provence, o distrito de Mazarin e a área pedonal da antiga Aix.
    No Cours Mirabeau, muitos terraços, além de uma grande área com comida.

    Esta é uma bela casa de 3 andares no centro de Aix-en-Provence ...

    No piso superior, você encontrará o quarto principal, com uma cama para 2 pessoas e seu próprio banheiro (banheira, pia, vaso sanitário). Você poderá desfrutar do sol no terraço, relaxado em uma espreguiçadeira.

    O segundo andar é a sala de estar. A cozinha (com fogão, forno, microondas, lava-louças e geladeira) é um convite para cozinhar refeições deliciosas e apreciá-las na grande mesa de jantar (4 a 6 pessoas) na sala de estar ao lado. Nesta sala (com outro terraço !!) você terá tempo para ouvir um pouco de música, navegar na internet ou assistir TV no sofá. Você também tem neste andar um banheiro (lavabo e máquina de lavar). Esses 3 andares possuem ar-condicionado.

    O primeiro andar tem outro quarto (cama para 2) e banheiro próprio (chuveiro, pia e vaso sanitário)

    Esta casa fica no centro de Aix-en-Provence. Dentro de 5 minutos (a pé) você vai adorar o mercado dos agricultores, os museus, o Famous Cours Mirabeau !! E para ir um pouco mais longe, o 'diabline' (um pequeno carro elétrico) o levará aonde você quiser.
    No caminho para a descoberta desta bela cidade, você poderá desfrutar de deliciosos restaurantes ...
    Enquanto você está aqui, você pode até (e é um dever!) visite a montanha Saint-Victoire para uma memória incrível :)

This cozy, comfortable house in the heart of Aix surpassed our expectations. The house is roomy, well equipped, has 2 ½ baths, a terrace, a parking spot and is centrally located; we were there during a hot spell and the air-conditioning was excellent. Georges, the owner - host, could not have been more helpful. We hope to return!

Location was absolutely ideal if you're driving in and need a place to park - with the spot right out front and the apartment being just at the edge of the pedestrian only area. Very well appointed apartment.

This property was wonderful. The location was absolutely perfect….very close to the main shopping area and several great restaurants. Georges and his wife were so kind and sweet, they even gave wine and treats upon arrival. It was a wonderful visit in Provence and am so happy we stayed at this property.

This apartment was close to the stunning old town of Aix, markets, restaurants and pâtisseries! I’d recommend for the walkability and convenience to all that Aix offers.

Great stay in Aix en Provence

We were delighted with the property as it was very clean, as described and in an ideal location to walk around historic Aix en Provence. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal to visit other local highlights such as Gordes.

Our home in Aix

We enjoyed the convenient location of the home to the shopping areas and it also was convenient for trips outside of Aix. We enjoyed evenings on the balcony as the sun was setting. The home was comfortable and cozy and our hostess was delightful and always available to answer any questions we had.

Hébergement charmant et très bien situé

Pied à terre très agréable , confortable , calme , très proche du cours Mirabeau .Une fois la voiture stationnée , ,nous avons pu découvrir Aix à pied , ville charmante et avons apprécié l'ambiance provençale ainsi que sa gastronomie , entre autre . Merci beaucoup à Georges pour son accueil sympathique et sa disponibilité. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre escapade aixoise !

The outside of the building is not impressive, but don’t let that deter you - the inside is great, functional and comfortable. Very clean; many thoughtful extras provided by host. Great communication by host from booking to arrival, very helpful on all accounts. Excellent location! Easily walkable to Old City centre, and rue d’Italie with lots of restaurants. Plus, Route B of the Diabline (Old City mini-bus, inexpensive) runs right past the door - great for accessing other city areas. Aix is a beautiful city - thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend.

Séjour parfait comme chez soi

Petite maison en plein centre-ville avec 2 terrasses donnant sur une jolie place ; pas de bruit, le confort au top et une propreté extrême ; l’hote Geoges est a l’écoute et fayson possible pour vous rendre le séjour inoubliable ; il a gagné ! Bravo et merci.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a lovely stay in Aix and this apartment was a highlight. The location was perfect - nicely located away from the hubbub of the center but just a five minute walk away. The apartment was clean and well-stocked and Georges was a wonderful host, providing great suggestions about places to visit and meeting us upon arrival to orient us to the unit. Highly recommended!

Wonderful spot!

This was an amazing property situated perfectly with access to the city center, parking which was key, and easy access to get out of town when desired. The apartment appears minimalist in the photos but in fact it has everything needed for a stay in Aix. Even a terrace for an apero in the evenings! And there’s a great restaurant just a few steps away from the door. George and his wife were fantastic hosts. We will return here next time we are in Aix!

Central hot spot

Excellent location and outstanding, safe and secure onsite parking in front of the house. Walking to dinner, restaurants, markets and bars within 10 minutes. Georges home was central for our excursions to Cassis, Avignon and other fascinating and interesting drives in our Alfa Romeo Molodia. Highly recommend. Very responsive and congenial host. Thank you for sharing your lovely space!

Sonnenterrasse direkt an der Altstadt

Kleines Haus mit einem Schlafzimmer im EG und einem Zweiten im DG. Dazwischen der Wohnbereich mit kleiner Küche und einem schönes Wohnzimmer. Man schaut von der Terrasse auf einen kleinen Platz über den man dann auch direkt in die Altstadt läuft. Super. Sehr nette Vermieter und alles hat bestens geklappt.

Perfect family stay in Aix-en-Provence

This property had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It is just a quick five minute walk or so to the Cours Mirabeau. It’s very close to the Tuesday and Thursday markets. The property owner George was really friendly and helpful. He met us when we got there to let us in and show us around the property. Most important to us was the washer and dryer because we packed light. The kitchen is useful too, and everything was very clean. The restaurant next door has very nice lunch offerings. We will definitely be back the next time we come to Aix.

The perfect base for our Provence visit

We really enjoyed being located in the centre of Aix for seven days. The apartment was excellent for those wanting to experience the vibrancy of this city, walking around it with ease. Georges and his daughter were excellent hosts, explaining the apartment amenities and those of the Aix generally. The apartment was very clean and tidy with lots of space to spread out for a long visit and feel at home. The parking outside the apartment was very convenient so we could travel out to other areas of Provence with no difficulty. We highly recommend!

Perfect location, Perfect Host, Perfect Stay

We wish we had booked more time here. The place is large and roomy, clean and exceptionally maintained, and very well furnished with everything we could need. We loved having both a washer and dryer as well as bedrooms on separate levels and having a private parking space/driveway was just so convenient. Although we were in the edge of the Historic City Centre and could easily walk to everything, being able to jump in the car was a pleasant convenience. Our host had everything we needed in the unit and we spent a very comfortable 3 nights but should have spent a week. There was so much more to do in this town then we imagined.

Perfect place for four

Aix is one of our favorite cities and we thought we would share it with two old friends. Each of us had our own bedroom with bath on separate floors and shared the light filled dining room/living room. The apartment has its own parking space which is an absolute must in the area. Only a few minutes walk to the center of the old town and the Cours Mirabeau and the lively markets. Communication was excellent with the owner, in this case his daughter, Marie-Amadine who speaks impeccable American English. We were well looked after. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a home away from home in Provence. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect Place for Provence Exploration

What a lovely way to embrace yourself in the charm of Aix-en-Provence and the Provence region! Why not live like the French for a week or two? My husband and I spent a wonderful two weeks in this VRBO. We enjoyed picking up breakfast at a nearby boulangerie and eating it back at our place with delicious coffee that our host provided. The parking space that comes with this VRBO is perfect with easy access to the circular road that goes around the old town. Provence is truly a gorgeous area to explore. The extra bedroom was perfect for when my sister joined us on our France trip. We highly recommend this place! Georges and his daughter Marie were the perfect hosts. Very helpful!

Perfect location and accommodations

Close to center of old city by foot. Quiet at night. Wonderful bath tub. AC in every room. Everything worked from washer dryer wi fi connection and all appliances. Host, Georges, very pleasant to work with. Note:Two luggage racks would have been appreciated and a chest of drawers. We had to work out of our luggage on the floor. But this is a very sweet flat!
