"This place is rustic, but has potential. No communication from host as to how to get in. I tried emailing the host via VRBO, calling, and texting. After texting I got the code to get in and the wifi. You have to have your own water to drink and cook with. It is well water without a filter for getting useable water. "Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house worked very well for our family group of 15 & the location was very convenient to Crosslake. However we arrived after the first snowfall & the driveway & steps were not cleared. You have to climb the steps to access the house & they were slippery. We could not find a shovel & the access to the room above the garage was not obvious when nothing was cleared. Also, the garbage service had not picked up the garbage from the previous week.
