"GOOD BREAKFAST"

"If you’re a non smoker you may want to find another spot. Check into the hotel and anytime you want to go into the casino or most restaurants/bars you have to walk thru the smoking section…which is huge. Poor ventilation. Bigger restaurant is understaffed and the waitress are working their butts off trying to accommodate everyone."

"The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still."

"The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean and we had no problem finding parking. Breakfast was good, it had the usual waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit, and well stocked. Rooms were small, very small elevator and the only issue we had was that the fridge had a bit of an odor because it was unplugged, other than that was a good choice for a good price, and was glad they had rooms available in a pinch. I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone...

"This hotel is rather run down. The bathroom tile grout is dirty and stained. The bathtub drain was blocked. It was cleared after I asked if it could be while I was out for the day, but there was dirt left in the bathtub and a dirty cloth left on the toilet. It is not located in the best area either, there are some sketchy people not too far away."

"Just some confusion about having a cc down prior to arrival even though it was already paid for thru Expedia. Called them and put my card down and then got another message about no card so I called again and they put it on the wrong folio. Just seemed confusing. Requested early check in that I would pay for and that seemed to be a hassle even with them offering it. Facility was nice. Staff was nice, just maybe needing more training"

"The hotel is older and is maintained. The breakfast is a packaged breakfast you need to warm up. Not a lot of variety. Pool is in the hotel next door so had to walk outside to access."

"The room was basic and clean. I liked that it was downtown Spokane, and close to everything. The complimentary breakfast at an adjacent sister property was good."

"Freshly cleaned rooms everyday with fresh linens. The hotel was lightly dated but obviously well cared for with staff and owners taking good care of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and parking was excellent. The free coffee wasn’t just good because it was free coffee it was very high quality as well. I will be coming back."

"Cole greeted us as soon as we walked in. He made check-in easy and pleasant. He makes each guest feel important as he gives us his full attention and shares his desire that we have a wonderful stay. Which we did. The room was immaculate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, but everything was full and the hot foods were hot. All the staff we interacted with were friendly. We will stay here again the next time we pass through Spokane."
