21 m² studio apartment for 4 people located on the 4th floor of the residence with lift.

- A bunk bed in the living room (80 x 190 cm)
- A dining area in the living room with a folding table on top of the cupboard and 4 stools
- The kitchen, located in the entrance to the apartment, is fully equipped with 2 electric hobs, a refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, etc.
- Bathroom with bathtub and toilet included
- The apartment does not have a balcony but has two large, bright windows in the living room with a superb view.
