"It is a lovely older home. We encountered a few issues in our 3 day stay. First, the refrigerator does not work properly. They try to say it is fine if you don’t overload it with warm things like drinks. There is a note on the front saying it is not their fault if your food is spoiled. But there is a thermometer in the fridge so they clearly know there is a problem but don’t want to replace an older custom fridge. "Booking and check in were smooth. However, at the time of our booking, the property was listed as accommodating 11 people, which we discovered was not the case. The master bedroom alone was reported to have 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, but when we checked in, there was only 1 king. We promptly messaged the owner. He apologized for any confusion and stated that the available beds should be enough for our number of guests. The property listing on VRBO was then immediately changed to show 1 bed in...

"The house was AMAZING! My friends and I fell in love with the place and wish we can come back every year. The host was super responsive which was great to rely on. Only con of the place was that the pool was cold which is nothing we can control, and the beds were a bit squeaky/ loud every time you moved. Other than that I would come back every year if possible."

"The house was everything we could have hoped for and more! Honestly, just perfect across the board. Hands down the best home we have ever had the opportunity to stay. Phenomenal communication with the Host. The coffee and wine upon arrival was a great touch! We loved the live oak tree in the back yard and the many species of birds and the deer walking nearby too!
