You enter the condo on ground level - no stairs. But the condo is on the third floor, so the view from the balcony to the ocean is fantastic. You will need to go the pool area to get the best view of a sunset, but you can get a view of the sunset from the balcony as well, but with the tree covered hill/mound, not a full on view in March.
Opening up the windows in both front and back of condo gives a nice breeze; we found opening the front door as well (condo is gated, so we felt very safe with this during the day as I worked from the dining area with a view of door at all times) made for a stronger breeze which had the condo feeling very comfortable even when 80-85 outside.
If you enjoy a morning run or walk, this is the best place I have stayed in Aguadilla for this. Going out the security gate, it is a little over a half mile up a hill (not steep) to Hwy 107 which has a sidewalk for the one block to the left, and then a mile hill down to Crash Boat. Almost all of the way down to Crash Boat has a sidewalk, and there is little traffic before 8 am, so it is good for running on the paved road surface as well. Some of the parts of this hill are more challenging than the hill up from the condo.
The condo complex is very well maintained and groomed with the pool cleaned every morning. The posted pool hours are 7 am - 10 pm, but it opened around 10 am the week we were there because of cleaning in the morning.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed with both beds full size instead of twin size, so two children could sleep in both beds if needed.
The AC worked great when we used it, which was at night in master BR all but one night, and a couple days for two to three hours in the dining/living room area.
