Opened in 2023: 3 rooms (2 double and 1 triple), which can be rented by booking the entire property. Each room is equipped with Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, air conditioning, and a balcony. The bathroom includes a hair dryer and a complete set of towels for the guests. Only one complete set of bed linens and bath towels will be provided for each guest for the entire duration of the stay. A change of linens may be requested during the stay for an additional fee. Kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop.
From the first floor, a short walk takes you to the boardwalk, beaches, supermarket, bus stop, and nightlife spots, with easy access to free parking. Just a few kilometers away, you can also visit the beautiful Valley of the Temples, the museum, or the Scala dei Turchi. Check-in will be conducted via an access link if guests arrive at the property before 6:00 PM, barring exceptions to be agreed upon.
The location is truly strategic because, by parking for free on the street across the way, you can reach the boardwalk, beaches, supermarket, bus stop, and nightlife spots in just a few minutes on foot.
