"Just Wonderful! This hotel is gorgeous design wise; a true architectural beauty that pays hommage to heritage design and flanked with modern touches. Everything was spotless and felt like a complete upgrade. The lobby is breathtaking upon arrival and our room did not disappoint. This Hilton made sure that the feeling is anything but generic. The staff was more than accommodating. They were so attentive to every need for food, site seeing etc,. I would be excited to make this my stay in York...

"When we arrived, we can't find a single person at the desk. I been look around and yell hello, hello, no one come. I call the front desk number 2 times then a man appear. The wall is very thin. We can hear people talking from the next room clearly. The breakfast area is too small not much of seat for the guests in that morning. The breakfast not much of an option. Everything else are great the room were clean and roomy."

"Air conditioning was loud and ran constantly at a 70 degree setting. The "low" cool option button was visible but not functional, so the unit ran on "high" constantly. The air was very cold but the noise canceled out the volume of the television no matter what volume setting I tried."

"The property was horizontally loooong. Stayed in a renovated room nearest to the new reception desk where the Indian restaurant is located all the way in to the end of banquet hall. You will have to drive all the way to the end of the property to check in. The master bedroom was spacious with and there was an extra room partitioned by a curtain with a fridge, microwave and an extra bed. I couldn’t find a switch to turn the light on for that room but I just needed to microwave my leftover nun for...

"Pool was empty all the time out of work. I was not informed about it during check-in. Wifi was disconnecting sometimes. Manager was very kind woman - this is the strongest point. "

"Loved this hotel! The suites are so spacious and comfortable. The room was very clean. Staff were friendly and cordial. Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy more the amenities. We went to PA for a convention and the majority stayed at a different hotel. Many complained. Us?….. we were like nope our hotel is lovely ♥️🤗"
